Mindful Mondays: Kindness

Kindness is more important than wisdom, and the recognition of that is the beginning of wisdom.

— Theodore Rubin

Today is the perfect day to be kind. All too often, we get so tied up with our own concerns that we are totally blind to the suffering of those around us.

Take a moment to do someone else a kindness. Refill the coffee pot in your office, take out the trash for your loved one, fix your family their favorite dish, offer your significant other a foot or back rub.

When you do actions like these, it not only strengthens your bond with those around you, but it affirms your inner sense of peace.

Moments are fleeting.

Kindness heals you.

Always find time to be kind.
