Take your time enjoying today for what it is.

Each day, many of us try to anticipate what the next day will bring us. We make assumptions about tomorrow.

This morning, let’s bring those thoughts to rest. Take a few moments to enjoy what today has to offer. Find at least three things to be happy about, and meditate on them.

Tomorrow will be here all too soon; for now, let us bask in today.
