Mindful Mondays: Going With The Flow

The beginning of the week is a slew of hectic activity. Attempts to finish up any last-minute tasks before the next ones arrive make Monday seem to fly by before we’ve caught our breath.

It’s easy to get frustrated. Take a moment to rest. Practice mindful action, make every move intentional. Let those actions turn to meditation… and release the chaos that attempts to hold us prisoner.

Each moment is ours, but today, let the stress pass you by. Acknowledge Monday for what it has been.

It will be alright.
