Mindful Mondays: Positive Affirmations

This beautiful Monday, let us look inward.

There are many things about ourselves that we aren’t satisfied with. There is much we wish we could change, ways in which we want to better ourselves.

These thoughts are not today’s focus.

Instead, let us look at ourselves differently.

During meditation, allow yourself to let go of all of your daily concerns. Release those feelings of resentment and discontent. Let yourself feel free from the limits that have been placed upon you…

And tell yourself:  I choose to see the light that I am to this world.

Allow those words to plant themselves in your heart, take root, and grow. Believe in the affirmation, and try to remind yourself of it a few more times throughout the week, especially when it seems the hardest to believe.
