Mindful Mondays: On Being Tired

Happy Monday.

Many of us work long hours throughout the week, and for some, the grind is not yet over despite a new week greeting us.

For those, I offer my respect for their service and my hopes that they’ll still find a moment to breathe deeply and start anew this Monday.

Inner peace is a quality that must be trained. Each time we practice, the better we become. One day, we may all be as relaxed and prepare for the workload of tomorrow as we hope to be.

Even if that day is not today, remember:

Each moment, each day, is an opportunity to start over again.
